Welcome to BeadsBazar. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://beadsbazar.com/(the “Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“We/Us/Our” means BeadsBazar (owner and operator of the Site).
“You/Your/Customer” means any user accessing the Site or purchasing goods.
“Product(s)” means the items offered for sale on the Site.
“Order” means a request by you to purchase Products via the Site.
2. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Site, and to all orders of Products made through the Site.
By placing an Order, you confirm that (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (b) you are at least 18 years old or accessing through a guardian; (c) you agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site (or the Products) at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Products & Pricing
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing Products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are fully accurate, complete, or error-free.
Prices posted on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as clearly indicated).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an Order. If an error in price is discovered after an Order is placed, we may cancel the Order and refund you in full.
All taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or other charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders & Payment
To place an Order, you must follow the ordering process on the Site and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including but not limited to:
Product is out of stock
Inaccurate price or description
Suspicion of fraud
Violation of these Terms
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the Site. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.
In the event of payment failure, we may cancel your Order without liability to you.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Title
We will arrange for shipment to the shipping address you provide, subject to availability and feasibility.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you when a carrier delivers the Products to the address you specified.
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation (if the Order hasn’t shipped) by contacting us within Monday to Friday. After shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns are accepted only if Products are defective, damaged, or materially not as described (unless otherwise stated).
To initiate a return, you must notify us within [X days] of receiving the Product, follow our return instructions, and return the Product in original condition and packaging (unless damaged).
We will inspect the returned Product. If we confirm the defect or discrepancy, we may repair, replace, or refund (at our option). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
7. User Accounts, Password & Security
To place an Order, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to maintain accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, page layouts, software — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and print a copy of content for your personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit it without our prior written consent.
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Submission”), you assign to us all rights in such Submission, and we may use it without restriction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeadsBazar, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your breach of any representation or warranty.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in [State / City where your business is registered] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
